The Opportunity

Bizlify is a new company in Singapore. We conduct external inspections and health checks of buildings, using professional drones to take a large set of high resolution and thermal images that are then processed by AI software to build a 3D-model of the building. The AI software then analyses all the data to find defects and problems. Finding problems early and understanding the root cause keeps buildings safe and helps owners save money through preventative maintenance.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role offers a significant career opportunity in a vast and largely untapped market. Your role will involve building and closing a sales pipeline to expand our footprint in Singapore, harnessing the potential of this market.

What You Will Do

• Identify sales leads and deliver against a sales target
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand our market share in the      Singapore building inspection market
• Cultivate long-term relationships with diverse clients ranging from C-suite to      Operations/Building Managers
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of AI-powered inspections, demonstrating how our technology can save costs, enhance safety, and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with an international team to tailor our services to the unique needs of the Singapore market
• Work with marketing team to build product propositions that resonate with key clients.
• Work with the Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of projects against clients requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in business development and sales, ideally in technology services, real estate, Construction or a related sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade with all levels and across multiple business sectors.
• A quick learner who is highly motivated and entrepreneurial. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and networking skills
• Growth mindset with a hands-on attitude to challenges and building new sales      approaches and strategies. Must be a proactive self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a small team, to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner

Overview

You will be performing inspections using drones on different sites in Singapore. You will be flying a DJI Mavic 3T and a typical inspection usually takes 2-4 days so you will be spending most of your time on the field managing your own time and any assistants that may be required from time to time. Collected imagery is uploaded to our cloud software for processing. Our business is expanding, and we will be hiring more pilots ahead which will create opportunities for advancing to a management position.

Job Description

• Responsible for day-to-day drone operations at different locations in Singapore
• Create and maintain pre and post flight planning routes and records
• Make sure that assigned drones are airworthy at all times
• Ensure drone safety is observed at all times
• Handle CAAS paperwork for activity permit applications and operator permits
• Manage and perform onsite flight operations with end customers and delivery team
• Checking captured data before delivery to processing systems

Required Skills & Work Experience

• Unmanned Aircraft Pilots license (UAPL) required
• Experience from construction industry or building inspection is a plus
• Commercial flying experience preferred
• Experience from photography and videography is a plus
• Good work ethics and a positive personality preferred
• Singaporean citizen, PR or LOC required
