The AI facade inspection is performed using professional drones that are flown around and above the building. The drone is flown 2-5m from the building surface and captures high resolution and thermal images of the entire building including the roof. The image resolution is high enough to capture millimetre size cracks and imperfections.

The images are fed to a 3D-modeller AI software that builds a high-resolution computer 3D-model of the building, aided by a photogrammetry specialist when needed.

The Inspekt AI software analyses all images and will find any imperfection or flaw. 

Our Facade inspection engineers evaluate the inspection results from the AI software and you will receive a report that covers all aspect of the facade inspection with explanations and recommendations to give you an independent assessment of your building.

Privacy is a big concern, and we have developed advanced technology and procedures to ensure we meet the strictest requirements. Faces accidentally caught on images as well as views through windows are automatically blurred by our AI-software to protect privacy.

All images, 3D-models and reports are made available to the customer through the Inspekt AI cloud portal during a virtual delivery and onboarding call where the Inspekt AI team presents the facade inspection and instructs the customer in how to access the portal.
