Bizlify at BTA2024
Bizlify was one of the featured speakers at the AIBotics conference held as part of BTA 2024 at Singapore Expo on March 19-21 and co-organized with APARA.
Our Managing Director, Mr. Fredrik Gjaerdman, gave a presentation on the topic "AI Inspections for Predictive Building Façade Maintenance"
We showed how AI and Machine Learning can be used to analyze large amount of data, collected from facade and building inspections and how we use drones to efficiently collect this data.
We also show-cased some functionality in our cloud-based software, including new AI facade inspections models we are developing for predictive analytics that will enable us to look into a buildings future to save money, prevent defects and help manage maintenance budgets.

The quality of the input data from the facade inspections is a prerequisite for good results. We and our partners use drones with high-resolution and thermal cameras equipped with differential GPS system that gives position accuracy in the centimeter range.

Prior to a Drone inspection we build a detailed flight plan to ensure we will collect high detailed imagery of the whole building. Our high-resolution 3D-models make the vast amount of data collected easy to digest and ensure nothing was missed during the facade inspections

Our drones capture images that allows our software to detect tiny cracks and defects. During facade inspections we also capture a complete set of thermal images that can revel defects not visible to the eye such as water and energy leaks.
