Thermography can find defects that are invisible to the naked eye like sealant issues and leaks where water is coming in behind panels and concrete.

The facade inspection is performed using professional drones that are flown around and above the building. The drone is flown 2-5m from the building surface and captures high resolution and thermal images of the entire building including the roof. The image resolution is high enough to capture millimetre size cracks and imperfections.

The images are fed to a 3D-modeller software that builds a high-resolution computer 3D-model of the building, aided by a photogrammetry specialist when needed.

The Inspekt AI analyses all images and will find any imperfection or flaw. 

Our facade inspection engineers evaluate the inspection results and a report is produced that covers all aspect of the facade inspection with explanations and recommendations to give you an independent assessment of your landed house.

Privacy is a big concern, and we have developed advanced AI technology and procedures to ensure we meet the strictest requirements. Faces accidentally caught on images as well as views through windows are automatically blurred by our AI-software to protect privacy during a facade inspection.

All images, 3D-models and reports are made available to the customer through the Inspekt AI cloud portal during a virtual delivery and onboarding call where the Inspekt AI team presents the report and instructs the customer in how to access the portal.
